Embroidery
Our state of the art embroidery machinery, combined with our skilled and experienced operators ensure that we are able to produce your designs to an extremely high standard.
We have the ability to output any logo, in up to 15 colours, and can create something unique with techniques such as appliqué and special effect threads.

All artwork is computer generated by our art department with, as always, special attention to detail. The design is then sampled for approval and computer fed to the machines for production, ensuring consistency throughout.

Glitter effects
Looking for something a little bit different, then look no further! Our ranges of glitter ink are available in over 40 bright colours, producing dazzling daylight effects.

Phosphorescent effect
A very useful eye catching ink producing an intense glow in the dark effect. This product can be added to most plastisol ink colours to make them come alive in the dark.

Metallic Effects
Gold and silver metallic inks are very popular and an affordable way of producing fashionable and appealing effects.

Foil Effects
Foiling can be an excellent way to jazz up a garment, giving it a completely smooth metallic finish. A must for any fashion item! Available in 5 stunning colours.

3D effects
No need for 3D glasses here! An expanding base can be added to any of the standard ink colours available to give your print a raised finish.

Discharge effect
Designed more for the fashion industry, discharge printing, unlike standard plastisol inks which sit on the surface of the garment, is designed to bleach the dye from the garment and re-dye it with the required colour. This process gives a softer and more vivid finish to dark garments and is a completely permanent decoration.

Glossing
Glossing is an additional process that is carried out after your garments are printed. The technique involves re-melting the ink and flattening it to give a high gloss finish and soft feel. This process can be used on all plastisol inks and is especially effective for the glitter and metallic inks.
